Incredible experience trying the "slice of heaven" with Jeff. Simple/clean ingredients, well baked and bursting with flavor in each bite. You cannot ask for anything more in a pizza! highly recommend this place!
Varasanos has been my go to favorite pizza place since 2008. Yup, 16 years!! If you give them a shot, you’ll see why! Tonight, we opted for the SLICE OF HEAVEN experience where the owner, Jeff, made an assortment and of different pizzas for us then some dessert. His attention to detail shows starting with his phenomenal Sourdough base. Then the flavor combinations that we put together and explained- WOW! This place is an Atlanta treasure!!! Come get your pie!!
Phenomenal Pizza handmade with top notch ingredients.Jeff was great to talk to and was passionate sharing his experiences creating great Pizza! A great blend of multiple different flavor profiles on Pizza which I have not experienced anywhere.

After seeing reviews of this place on Instagram we decided to check them out. Definitely wasn't the experience I had hoped for but the food was delicious. Started with the garlic bites. Very good flavor and the sauce had great flavor. The margarita pizza was delicious as well as Nana's meat balls. Parking is troubling if you are in a nice car. But typical of downtown areas. Will definitely be back in to try more.
Did the Slice of Heaven pizza tasting for my birthday and it was such a great experience! Not only was the food phenomenal, but Jeff gave us so much knowledge. If you have 2 hours and an empty belly, come out!
These pizzas are so good we keep coming back every time we are in the Atlanta area. I have not been to another pizza place that has peppadews and they are so delicious. The crust is true sourdough and the fermentation process really helps make this an amazing to eat pizza for taste and digestion. I never feel terrible like I do when I eat most pizza places so it is great to come back. The service is always great and the servers are usually kind and attentive. One time one of the chefs had my 2 daughters sit at the bar and he gave them each a piece of dough and pizza pan to try their hand at making a pie. It was such a great experience for them and they absolutely loved it, thank you for that!!! Only downside is that the space has seen its age and could use a refreshing of paint and shine. Otherwise great place to eat and we will continue to come back again.
